COMMON QUESTIONS

Practical answers on scheduling, production quantities and inspection. Every recommendation depends on the component and drawing review.

Still unsure?

Talk through your part requirements with our team.

What are your typical lead times?

Timing depends on the part geometry, material, quantity and current production schedule. Share your drawings and required quantities so we can review the work and provide a suitable estimate.

What batch sizes can you produce?

We assess batch suitability against the component, machining plan and quantity required. Send the part details and expected volume for a practical production recommendation.

How soon can I receive a quote?

Quote timing depends on drawing completeness and the complexity and volume of the work. Complete drawings and quantity details help us assess your request.

What quality checks and documents can you provide?

Inspection requirements are reviewed against the component drawing and project needs. Include any measurement, traceability or documentation requirements with your enquiry so they can be considered in the quote.

Can you machine steel, aluminum, titanium and exotic alloys?

Material options include steel, aluminum, titanium and selected exotic alloys. Suitability depends on the grade, part design and required finish; provide the specified material when you request a quote.
